Job description

Location: Pan India Roles: Developer/Lead/Architect Key Responsibilities: • Customer Onboarding in OTM Platform • Lead and manage customer onboarding. Clear understanding of platform capabilities & feasibility, and communicating those to customer, after understanding the requirements / expectations. • Lead Customer onboarding by understanding the solution and impacts to existing domain. • Ensure smooth transition and integration with existing systems and be the point of contact / liaison for client communications – during the course of onboarding • Facilitate the onboarding process for new OTM customers, as well as facilitate conversations related to any change requests coming from customers. • Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption and usage of OTM. • Business Objects and Interfaces: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of OTM business objects and interfaces. • Design and implement solutions that leverage OTM's capabilities to meet business requirements. • Technical Expertise • Utilize SQL Server for data manipulation, reporting, and integration tasks. • Apply Java development skills to enhance OTM functionality and customize solutions to meet customer requirements as well as internal business objectives • Use Oracle Data Migration Assistant (DMA) for efficient data migration processes. • Collaboration and Communication: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Problem-Solving: • Identify and resolve issues related to OTM migration and integration. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
