**Location: Pan India** **Roles: Developer/Lead/Architect** **Key Responsibilities:** - Customer Onboarding in OTM Platform - Lead and manage customer onboarding. Clear understanding of platform capabilities & feasibility, and communicating those to customer, after understanding the requirements / expectations. - Lead Customer onboarding by understanding the solution and impacts to existing domain. - Ensure smooth transition and integration with existing systems and be the point of contact / liaison for client communications – during the course of onboarding - Facilitate the onboarding process for new OTM customers, as well as facilitate conversations related to any change requests coming from customers. - Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption and usage of OTM. - Business Objects and Interfaces: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of OTM business objects and interfaces. - Design and implement solutions that leverage OTM's capabilities to meet business requirements. - Technical Expertise - Utilize SQL Server for data manipulation, reporting, and integration tasks. - Apply Java development skills to enhance OTM functionality and customize solutions to meet customer requirements as well as internal business objectives - Use Oracle Data Migration Assistant (DMA) for efficient data migration processes. - Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-Solving: - Identify and resolve issues related to OTM migration and integration. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
