**Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer (7+ Years Experience)****Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with over 7 years of hands-on expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into meaningful insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI - Build efficient data models using DAX and optimize performance - Develop and manage ETL processes using Power Query - Connect to various data sources (SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, Excel, etc.) - Optimize report performance, data refresh, and query execution - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions - Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices - Create reusable datasets and semantic models - Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues - Mentor junior developers and enforce BI standards **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics - Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI - Advanced knowledge of DAX (CALCULATE, time intelligence, optimization) - Hands-on experience with Power Query (M language) - Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases - Solid understanding of data modeling (star schema, normalization vs denormalization) - Experience with performance tuning and large datasets - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
