The role involves defining and evolving the technical architecture for complex digital platforms, including high-level and detailed designs that align with business and security requirements. The Technical Platform Lead and Architect will guide platform roadmap decisions, select appropriate technologies and tools, and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across components and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders, providing technical leadership to engineering teams, reviewing code and design artifacts, and enforcing best practices, standards, and governance. The role also includes mentoring team members, driving proof-of-concept initiatives, and coordinating with cloud, security, DevOps, and data specialists to deliver robust, production-ready solutions. **Qualifications** - Strong background in platform and solution architecture, including microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), including design for scalability, reliability, and cost optimization. - Proficiency in modern backend technologies and frameworks (for example, Java/.NET/Node.js, RESTful services, messaging, and integration patterns). - Experience with DevOps practices and tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes or similar). - Understanding of security-by-design principles, compliance requirements, and secure coding and deployment practices. - Experience with data and analytics platforms, including data modeling, data pipelines, and integration with analytics or AI/ML services. - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, influence technical direction, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to
