Job description

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance for Electronics, Audio, Computer Operating Systems, Smart Devices, IoT products, and other IT products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues. - Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. - Install, configure, and support Windows, Linux, and macOS. - Identify root causes and resolve customer issues promptly. - Escalate complex issues when required. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and products. **Requirements:** - Basic knowledge of Electronics, Audio, Computer Hardware, and IT products. - Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS. - Knowledge of Smart Devices and IoT products. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and customer handling skills. - Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
