Your Role And Responsibilities • Ensure security controls align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. • Support internal and external audits. • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. • Assist in implementing security best practices and hardening recommendations. • Monitor security events and alerts generated from various security tools. • Perform initial analysis, triage, and investigation of security incidents. • Escalate incidents based on severity and business impact. Preferred Education Master's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise • Security Operations Center (SOC) processes • Incident Response • Security Monitoring Preferred Technical And Professional Experience • Proficiency in Industry Trends: Awareness of evolving cybersecurity threats and industry trends, staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies. • Familiarity with Negotiation Techniques: Exposure to negotiation techniques to achieve consensus and alignment among stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and exchange of information. • Knowledge of Emerging Threats: Experience working with emerging threats and technologies, recommending enhancements to technical procedures to address security incidents and vulnerabilities.
