**What You'll Be Doing** - Write and maintain user manuals for model libraries and EDA tool methodologies that engineers across the semiconductor industry depend on. - Author documentation in DITA XML using Oxygen Author, working within Synopsys style guidelines and building doc packages using standard templates. - Coordinate with subject matter experts and design teams to gather technical inputs, manage review cycles, and close documentation before product releases. - Track release schedules and ensure documentation ships on time, aligned with product launch dates. - Update existing documentation as customer requirements shift and tools evolve, keeping content accurate and current. - Assist product development teams by reviewing and editing internal documentation, specs, and technical content. - Use version control systems like GitHub to manage documentation source files and track changes across releases **What You'll Need** - 1 to 4 years of experience writing technical documentation, ideally user manuals, developer guides, or product documentation. - Strong command of written English with attention to grammar, structure, and clarity; familiarity with American English spelling conventions. - Hands-on experience authoring in DITA XML and comfort working directly with XML code. - Familiarity with software development life cycles and document development life cycles. - Ability to learn new tools and technical domains quickly, ask clarifying questions, and translate complex information into usable content. - Experience with Oxygen Author or similar structured authoring tools is a strong plus. - Background in EDA, semiconductor, or technical software documentation is a plus.
