**Role & responsibilities** **Product Strategy and Vision** Act as the voice of the customer to define product features and requirements. Industry benchmarking Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making and reporting. **Technical Expertise** Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of product ideas. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications Understand technical challenges and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Be able to troubleshoot issues and suggest solutions to teams and vendors. Resolve all interface issues and monitor the performance of the system frequently. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends that could influence product development. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Design, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to deliver a seamless product experience Work with development team to prioritize features, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. **Documentation** Technical Design Document Business Requirement Document Functional Design Document **Security** Ensure all security related points are closed before the defined timelines Collaborate with InfoSec team to ensure no vulnerability in product and to stay updated in latest security guidelines of RBI. **Preferred candidate profile** **Experience** 3-5 years of experience in crmnxt product and technology **Job Summary** We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Specialist with a strong background in Crmnxt system , function and technology. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technology stacks and API integrations, along with strong vendor management, cost negotiation, and project handling capabilities. A combination of technical expertise and effective communication skills is essential. **Skills** Deep knowledge on Crmnxt Funcational indepth, tech also will be preferred Stakeholder Management Strong written and verbal communication Experience in working with Agile and Waterfall Ability to lead a team and handle projects independently with minimal supervision.
