Aarti Industries is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Technology team. **Department: Technology Qualification: B.E. Chemical Experience: 4?7 Years** **Location: Vadodara** **College: IITs/ NITs/ ICT** ?? Key Responsibilities: ? Preparation of PFDs, PIDs, concept layouts, Mass Energy Balance for new projects ? CAPEX estimation (Class 4) and OPEX calculations for process evaluation ? Support pilot operations team in troubleshooting and process optimization ? Participate in HAZOP, PSSR, and Management of Change (MOC) activities ? Coordinate with RD for DoE, TTD package reviews, and new molecule development ? Design and monitor pilot trials along with Process Operations teams ? Perform ASPEN simulations, distillation studies, and process mapping ? Technical evaluation and clearance of equipment along with vendor coordination ? Support development of technology standards, manuals, and process improvements ? Capture project learnings and implement improvements in pilot trial execution ?? Desired Expertise: ? Strong understanding of Process Engineering Pilot Plant Operations ? Hands-on experience in Mass Energy Balance calculations ? Knowledge of ASPEN Simulation and process optimization tools ? Experience in projects from concept to commissioning ? Understanding of Chemical Reaction Hazard Analysis safety studies ? Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and coordination skills ?
