Educational Requirements • Bachelor of Engineering Responsibilities • Manage and drive ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. • Oversee change and deployment activities across non-production and production environments. • Support cloud platforms (PCF, Azure, Oracle Cloud) including environment setup, user access, and troubleshooting. • Ensure smooth functioning of SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) through configuration and ongoing maintenance. • Utilize APM and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.) for environment health tracking. • Enable automation for environment health checks using tools like Selenium. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective usage of test environments and resolve issues proactively. • Lead and mentor teams to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement. Additional Responsibilities • Good to have skills: ITIL, Non-Prod Env support + APM tools like Splunk, AppD, Dynatrace • Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, TVM, Indore, Nagpur, MLR, MYS, Noida, BBSR, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Hubli Technical and Professional Requirements • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA) • Strong understanding of DevOps pipeline integration and SDLC/STLC processes • Experience with orchestration tools (Plutora, Enov8, etc.) • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead technical teams Preferred Skills • Technology- >Architecture- >Architecture - ITIL • Technology- >Infra\\_ToolAdministration-Others- >Splunk Admin • Technology- >Infra\\_ToolAdministration-PerformanceManagement- >Dynatrace • Technology- >Infra\\_ToolAdministration-ITSM- >ServiceNow-APM
