**Role: Territory Manager** **What You’ll Own** - Implement effective project management frameworks for residential interior projects - Manage design and site delivery teams and track performance - Ensure timely project completion aligned with client needs and quality standards - Monitor project deliverables, risks, and manage changes/variations - Drive coordination and collaboration across all stakeholders - Manage vendors and business partners through project completion - Track progress and share structured reports with clients and internal teams - Act as escalation point between client and Livspace to ensure smooth delivery **What We’re Looking For** - Degree in Architecture / Interior Design; PG in Project/Construction Management (preferred from Tier 1 institutes). - Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction / interior fit-outs. - Strong project management skills with a process-driven approach and problem-solving mindset. - Experience managing residential, retail, and office interior projects. - Good understanding of trades, vendors, and subcontractors in interior fit-outs. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
