TEST MODULE LEAD - Dynamics 365 F&O (AX)

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Commerce and Fin Ops QA/Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Commerce and Fin Ops products across backend integrations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for D365 Commerce with Fin Ops functionality Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Commerce and Fin Ops Test loyalty program functionality ? point accrual, redemption, tier upgrades, and reward card scenarios Conduct testing of pricing, discounts, promotions, and tax calculations at the channel and transaction level Validate integrations with third-party systems ? payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, shipping providers, and loyalty engines Perform API testing for Retail Server and Commerce SDK endpoints using tools like Postman or SoapUI Conduct performance and load testing for peak retail scenarios (e.g., sale events, high transaction volumes) Log, track, and manage defects using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar; collaborate with developers for root-cause analysis and resolution Perform data validation testing for migrations and channel database updates Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination with business stakeholders Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable (e.g., using Selenium, Playwright, or Azure DevOps Test Plans) Validate security configurations ? retail permission groups, user roles, and access controls Support release testing and sign-off across Dev/Test/UAT/Production environments Document test results, prepare test summary reports, and provide quality metrics to project stakeholders Dynamics 365 F&O (AX)
