Role Summary To design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees and distribution partners, ensuring compliance with IRDAI regulations and alignment with business objectives. Role & responsibilities • Training Strategy & Planning • Content Development • Delivery & Facilitation • Compliance & Certification • Performance Measurement • Stakeholder Management Preferred candidate profile • Preferably 5 to 7 years of work experience in Insurance, BFSI sector, Financial Services sector. • Desired 4-5 years of Training/Sales experience • Insurance Qualification like LUTCF, LOMA Level 1/AIII is preferred • Preferably in Life Insurance Bancassurance Training experience • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
