Training Manager - Mutual Fund

Job description

We are looking for a Training Manager who have experience in the Mutual Fund industry to design and deliver training programs for MFDs, IFAs, financial advisors, and internal sales teams. The role will focus on building product knowledge, improving partner capabilities, and driving effective adoption of our Mutual Fund platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver training programs on Mutual Funds, SIPs, asset allocation, risk profiling, and investment products. • Conduct training sessions for MFDs, IFAs, financial advisors, and internal sales teams. • Develop training content, presentations, videos, guides, and quizzes. • Create onboarding and refresher training programs for new and existing partners. • Train partners on platform features, processes, products, and customer conversations. • Conduct regular product and market update sessions. • Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and partner performance. • Work closely with Product, Research, Sales, Operations, and AMC teams to ensure accurate training content. • Organize webinars, workshops, partner meets, and certification programs. • Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and performance reports. Must-Have Skills & Experience • 2-4 years of experience in Mutual Funds / Mutual Fund Distribution / Wealth Management. • Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, asset allocation, and investment products. • Experience in training MFDs, IFAs, advisors, or sales teams. • Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and explain them effectively. • Experience creating training content and learning material. • NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification is required. • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
