Manager II, HRIS Administrator (HR Transformation Manager)

Developer, Oracle HCM We are seeking a hands‑on HR Transformation Manager will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage end-to-end project lifecycles. Their expertise in HRIS, change management, and process optimization will be instrumental in enhancing HR processes, efficiency, and effectiveness. The role works out of our Hyderabad office and would need 2pm – 11pm IST shift. The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Project Leadership and Planning: • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle HCM initiatives. • Define clear project objectives and success criteria. • Collaborate with functional teams to prioritize tasks and align solutions. • Monitor progress, manage risks, and adhere to schedules. 2. Oracle HCM Modules and Workstreams: • Lead projects related to Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits). • Understand module interdependencies and integration points. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to drive module enhancements and optimizations. 3. TOM Transformation: • Contribute to the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model. • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. • Ensure alignment with overall business strategy. 4. Process Optimization: • Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. • Implement process enhancements to streamline HR operations. • Leverage Lean/Six Sigma methodologies for efficiency gains. 5. Data Management and Governance: • Oversee data-related projects, including data migration, quality, and reporting. • Establish data governance practices and ensure compliance. • Collaborate with IT teams to implement data tools and solutions. 6. Testing and Quality Assurance: • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Oracle HCM implementations. • Ensure thorough testing of system functionality, data integrity, and user acceptance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate successful outcomes. Requirements: • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI, Lean, Six Sigma) are advantageous. • 5+ years of experience in HR transformation, project management, or related roles. • Strong understanding of HRIS modules and processes. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
