Experience: 7–12 Years Location: Mumbai Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design strategy and user experience across L&T Finance's digital platforms, including the PLANET App, Partner PLANET, Website, and future digital initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in user-centered design, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. • Own and evolve the Design System to ensure consistency across products. • Collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences. • Review implementations to ensure adherence to design standards and accessibility guidelines. • Stay updated with the latest UX trends and fintech best practices. Skills & Qualifications • 7–12 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or consumer digital products. • Strong proficiency in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing. • Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web applications. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
