UI/UX Designer

Job description

**Experience:** 7–12 Years **Location:** Mumbai **Role Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Lead UI/UX Designer** to drive the design strategy and user experience across L&T Finance's digital platforms, including the PLANET App, Partner PLANET, Website, and future digital initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in user-centered design, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. - Own and evolve the Design System to ensure consistency across products. - Collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences. - Review implementations to ensure adherence to design standards and accessibility guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest UX trends and fintech best practices. **Skills & Qualifications** - 7–12 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or consumer digital products. - Strong proficiency in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing. - Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web applications. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
