UI/UX Designer (Product Design)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in UX and Product Design for enterprise-scale digital products. This role requires someone who can independently drive design initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver intuitive, customer-centric experiences. Experience: 5 to 7 Years Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities • Own and drive end-to-end UX design activities for enterprise applications. • Understand user problems through research, discovery, and stakeholder discussions before proposing solutions. • Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. • Apply design thinking and established UX frameworks to solve complex business and user challenges. • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders. • Present design rationale effectively and influence decision-making through data-driven and user-centred approaches. • Deliver high-quality designs independently with minimal supervision. • Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with UX best practices and success metrics. Required Skills • Strong UX/Product Design experience with Figma. • Experience designing Enterprise or SaaS products. • Excellent product thinking and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design methodologies. • Experience creating visual artefacts such as journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications • Formal education/background in Design from reputed institutes. • Experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms and complex user journeys.
