**Job Description: Deputy Manager/Manager US Pharma FP&A** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly analytical **US FP&A Manager** who is a qualified **Chartered Accountant (CA)** with **5 to 10 years of experience**. In this role, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and commercial analysis for our **US Pharmaceutical Business**. You will act as the primary finance business partner to US-based leadership teams, managing complex revenue models, track market dynamics, and optimizing Gross-to-Net (GTN) deductions. **Key Responsibilities** **Financial Planning & Forecasting** - **Lead Financial Cycles**: Drive the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, and Long-Range Plan (LRP) for the US pharma portfolio. - **Revenue Modeling**: Build robust, SKU-level revenue models incorporating volume, pricing, market share trends, and competitive launches. - **Gross-to-Net (GTN) Management**: Analyze and forecast complex US GTN deductions, including Managed Care rebates, chargebacks, returns, and government pricing models. **Business Partnering & Commercial Analytics** - **Strategic Partnering**: Act as the dedicated finance partner to US Brand Managers, Sales Heads, and Market Access teams. - **Launch & Pipeline Analytics**: Evaluate financial viability, ROI, and risk profiles for new product launches (NPIs) and R&D pipelines. - **Performance Reporting**: Deliver monthly and quarterly US business performance dashboards highlighting key variances (Price vs. Volume vs. Mix) **Operational & Cost Control** - **OPEX Management**: Oversee and optimize US commercial spend, including marketing campaigns, sales force execution, and medical affairs. - **Supply Chain Alignment**: Collaborate with inventory and manufacturing teams to monitor inventory write-offs, shelf-life risks, and cost of goods sold (COGS). **Required Qualifications & Skills** **Education & Experience** - **Education**: **Mandatory Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)** from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). - **Experience**: 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, with **at least 3 years dedicated to the US Pharmaceutical market**. **Domain & Technical Expertise:** - **US Pharma Domain**: Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (PBMs, Wholesalers, Payers, FDA approval timelines, and generic vs. branded dynamics). - **Financial Modelling**: Advanced proficiency in Excel, with proven experience building complex, dynamic financial models. - **ERP & BI Tools**: Hands-on experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, Hyperion (Essbase), Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau. **Preference:** Immediate Joiners or candidates with **1530 days' notice period**. **Interested candidates can share their updated resume at:** **Pitchireddy.t@hetero.com**
