Job Description for Freshers: Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO Designation: Process Executive Voice (Gujrati+English) Educational Background: Minimum Graduate • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to communicate with customers, with customer centric mindset • Excellent documentation skills • Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present • Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources • Excellent typing skills • Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary • Organized and detail-oriented • Resolving Technical complex queries • Drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24\\*7) Work location: Gurgaon - permanent work from office.
