**Job Title:** Relationship Officer / Team Leader **Job Location:** Chennai **Open Positions:** Home Loan & Business Loan Job Responsibilities: - Promote, present, and sell banking products such as Home Loans and Business Loans. - Generate new leads and follow up on provided leads to achieve sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. - Travel extensively to meet prospective customers and explain loan products. - Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process. - Generate business opportunities and ensure successful closure of loan applications. - Visit customers across rural and urban areas for business development activities. - Assist customers in completing loan application forms and documentation. - Process customer files and coordinate with the bank for smooth loan processing. - Maintain customer relationships during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
