Role & responsibilities • Must have pleasant traits during conversation and able to have an objective and focused discussion without overt display of emotions . • Ability to understand multiple products and choose the right script to engage with the customer • Adhere to the Underwriting and Tele verification team deliverables • Ensure 100% verification of all incoming proposals and identify compromised risks. • Ensure that high-risk cases are routed to specific central medical teams for opinion. • Own tickets raised in the system and take to closure within defined TATs • Identify system improvements and bugs and initiate action for accomplishment Additional Skills Computer skills Critical-thinking and adaptation Eye for detail Time-management skills Must be a team player
