**Role & responsibilities** - Must have pleasant traits during conversation and able to have an objective and focused discussion without overt display of emotions . - Ability to understand multiple products and choose the right script to engage with the customer - Adhere to the Underwriting and Tele verification team deliverables - Ensure 100% verification of all incoming proposals and identify compromised risks. - Ensure that high-risk cases are routed to specific central medical teams for opinion. - Own tickets raised in the system and take to closure within defined TATs - Identify system improvements and bugs and initiate action for accomplishment **Additional Skills** Computer skills Critical-thinking and adaptation Eye for detail Time-management skills Must be a team player
