The Vice President Custody Product will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of custody data products, aligning offerings with client needs, regulatory requirements, and BNY’s overall business objectives. The role involves defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with technology, operations, risk, and sales teams to deliver scalable, client-centric solutions. The role requires preparing product business cases, supporting key client engagements, and providing thought leadership on custody innovation within the organization. **Qualifications** - Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining vision, roadmap, and value propositions for custody or related financial products.. - Demonstrated expertise in product development, including requirements definition, solution design, and end-to-end delivery in a financial services or capital markets environment. - Proven cross-functional team leadership capabilities, with a track record of coordinating across technology, operations, risk, compliance, and commercial teams. - Extensive experience in custody services, securities servicing, or asset servicing, with strong understanding of regulatory, operational, and market infrastructures. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and engage with institutional clients. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification is preferred. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment, exercise sound judgment, and drive strategic initiatives to completion.
