Role: VBA Developer Location: Pune/Nagpur/Kolkata Experience: 4-8 Years Skillset: VBA Development SQL MS Access Macros Advance Excel Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain multi-user VBA applications in Excel, MS Access, and SQL Server. • Develop custom user forms, scripts, libraries and functions for Microsoft Office applications. • Use VBA to transform data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Document VBA code and procedures to support knowledge sharing and future reference. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing solutions. • Train end users on newly developed and existing applications. • Ensure applications comply with company policies and standards. • Understand and follow SDLC – Software development life Cycle • Proficient in SQL and RDBMS concepts • Manage various databases in MS Access, MS SQL Server • SQL Server– Create tables, Query, Joins, view, Trigger, UDFs, Stored procedures etc. • Engage with clients, end users, and senior management to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities. Good-to-have: • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a VBA (Visual Basic for application) developer • Experience of developing UI / User Form based application with the help of VBA • Proficient in MS Excel & MS Access VBA (Visual Basic application) /macro programming • Proficient in SQL Server (RDBMS concept, SQL script, stored procedure, functions, trigger, UDFs etc)
