Job Description VM Operations | Project & Event Management Position: Executive – VM Operations Experience: 1–2 years Employment Type: Retainer – 6 months Location: Bengaluru Role Overview We are looking for a project/event management professional with 1–2 years of experience to support the planning and execution of large-scale VM projects, events, and retail activations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with on-ground execution, vendor coordination, logistics, and managing multiple activities within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end planning and execution of VM projects, events, launches, and activations. • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, internal teams, and on-ground execution partners. • Manage project timelines, execution trackers, logistics, and daily follow-ups. • Support large-scale event/project execution across multiple locations. • Conduct site visits and monitor on-ground implementation. • Ensure VM displays, installations, props, fixtures, and other requirements are delivered as per timelines. • Coordinate with vendors for material movement, installation, and dismantling. • Track execution progress and highlight issues or delays proactively. • Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation. • Support the team in ensuring quality and VM standards during execution. Candidate Profile • 1–2 years of experience in Event Management, Project Management, Experiential Marketing, Retail Operations, or Visual Merchandising. • Candidates with experience in large-scale events/project execution will be preferred. • Strong coordination and vendor management skills. • Good communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to work on-ground and manage multiple activities simultaneously. • Willingness to travel extensively based on project requirements.
