Roles and Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. • Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards. • Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store to create an inviting shopping environment. • Ensure accurate inventory management, including ordering stock, managing returns & exchanges, and conducting regular audits. • Develop strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and resolve any issues promptly. Desired Candidate Profile • 6-11 years of experience in retail operations or store management in an optical industry. • Strong understanding of retail operations principles, including inventory control, cash handling procedures, and visual merchandising best practices. • Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Looking only male candidates
