The role is central to building a proactive, data-driven risk culture within MGS. **Key domain experience** Total experience 15~20 years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, GRC roles. Domain exposure Hands-on experience in: - ERM framework implementation - Risk assessments and risk modelling - Risk reporting and governance **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design and implement ERM framework aligned to global standards 2. Develop and maintain enterprise risk register and taxonomy 3. Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments 4. Establish risk governance forums and committees 5. Define and monitor KRIs, risk appetite, and escalation thresholds 6. Develop risk dashboards, heatmaps, and management reporting 7. Integrate risks across Business, Corp IT & Information Security Office 8. Provide risk insights to senior management, Board, and Mizuho HO 9.
