The role is central to building a proactive, data-driven risk culture within MGS. Key domain experience Total experience 15~20 years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, GRC roles. Domain exposure Hands-on experience in: • ERM framework implementation • Risk assessments and risk modelling • Risk reporting and governance Key Responsibilities 1. Design and implement ERM framework aligned to global standards 2. Develop and maintain enterprise risk register and taxonomy 3. Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments 4. Establish risk governance forums and committees 5. Define and monitor KRIs, risk appetite, and escalation thresholds 6. Develop risk dashboards, heatmaps, and management reporting 7. Integrate risks across Business, Corp IT & Information Security Office 8. Provide risk insights to senior management, Board, and Mizuho HO 9. Drive risk awareness and culture across the organization Key Performance Indicators: • Fully functional ERM framework embedded across MGS • Clear visibility of top risks and mitigation actions • Strong alignment between risk insights and business decisions • Reduction in unexpected risk events and audit findings Qualifications Mandatory Preferred Qualifications MBA CA or CFA Certifications NA FRM CRMA (IIA) ISO 31000 Skills & Competencies Technical Skills • Risk framework design • Risk assessment methodologies • Dashboarding and analytics Behavioral • Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset • Strong communication with senior leadership • Ability to challenge constructively (2LoD role) • High ownership and accountability Ideal candidate profile A risk leader who can build ERM from scratch, integrate multiple risk domains, and enable leadership decision-making through risk insights.
