The candidate will be responsible for accurate billing, payment processing, cash handling, and providing a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Handle jewellery billing and invoicing accurately. • Process payments through Cash, Card, UPI and other digital modes. • Operate POS/billing systems and maintain accurate transaction records. • Verify product details, pricing, discounts and applicable taxes before billing. • Issue invoices, receipts and relevant documents to customers. • Maintain daily cash collection and perform cash reconciliation. • Coordinate with the sales team for order and product verification. • Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally. • Maintain confidentiality of customer and transaction details. • Follow company policies, security procedures and cash-handling guidelines. Candidate Profile: • Graduate. • 1-6 years of experience as a Cashier, preferably in Jewellery/Retail/Luxury Retail. • Good numerical and communication skills. • Basic computer and POS knowledge. • Strong attention to detail, honesty and integrity. • Well-groomed, customer-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. • Willing to work weekends and rotational shifts.
