About the department The Investment & Trade Client Services team supports the companys trading activities by ensuring accurate derivatives confirmations, lifecycle event management, and settlement processing. The team works closely with trading, operations, and external counterparties to maintain high-quality client service. Joining this group provides exposure to dynamic financial markets, collaborative problemsolving, and opportunities to deepen technical and market expertise. How you will add value Core Responsibilities • You will lead confirmations for Over the Counter (OTC) and ExchangeTraded Derivatives (ETD). • You will ensure all trades meet regulatory and contractual requirements. • You will manage lifecycle events such as resets, expirations, and terminations. • You will resolve discrepancies in OTC and digital asset transactions. • You will oversee reconciliation of positions and collateral for OTC and ETD. • You will manage primebroker collateral and address related breaks. • You will monitor and resolve settlement fails to reduce operational risk. What will help you be successful in this role Experience, Education & Certifications • 14 years in financial services, ideally within derivatives or trade operations. Technical Skills • Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Familiarity with industry trading or settlement systems. Soft Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. • Flexibility to work in shiftbased schedules. • Strong understanding of market operations and willingness to adapt to change. Work Shift Timing - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST/ 8:30 PM – 5:30AM / 4:30PM to 1:30PM. Transportation : Provided by the company. Please note that this a contract role for 6Months to 1 year bases on your performance your contract will be extended.
