Role Overview We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, DSA, System Design, and Microservices to build scalable, high-performance backend applications and solve complex engineering problems. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable backend applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core. • Apply strong DSA and problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges. • Design and implement microservices and distributed systems. • Develop secure and scalable REST APIs. • Participate in system design, architecture, and technical decision-making. • Work with SQL and relational databases, including query optimization. • Handle performance, concurrency, scalability, and reliability challenges. • Conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide robust technical solutions. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards. Mandatory Skills • 8–13 years of professional experience in .NET/C# development. • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core. • Strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) knowledge. • Strong System Design and Architecture skills. • Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture. • Experience developing REST APIs. • Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns. • Experience with SQL/relational databases. • Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Git and modern software development practices. Ideal Candidate A strong backend engineer who can independently handle DSA, system design, architecture, development, and production-level engineering challenges, with deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem and Microservices.
