**Role:** Relationship Officer (**Vendor Payroll)** **Job Description Field Sales Executive ( Banking Products)** **Department** : Home Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card & MAB **(**Merchant Acquiring Business) **Qualification:**12th Pass / Graduate/UG **Experience**: Fresher or Banking Product sales exp. of 0.6 to 5 Years **Age:** Below 40 years. **Two-wheeler: Required Compulsory** **Salary & Benefits :** **For Fresher 18357/-** + Incentives as per Business - Fixed salary + Attractive performance-based incentives. - Unlimited incentives as per business performance. - Career growth opportunities in banking and financial services. - Training and professional development support. **Location:** All over Pune Area. **Key responsibilities -** **Sales and customer acquisition**: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and direct marketing activities. Promote credit card products and achieve assigned sales targets. Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline for continuous business growth. **Product knowledge**: Clearly explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and fees of various credit cards to customers. **Application and onboarding**: Guide customers through the application process and ensure timely submission and processing of documents. **Customer relationship management**: Provide after-sales service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and manage customer relationships. **Lead Generation & Database Management :** Generate new leads through field activities, networking, and references.
