Role: Relationship Officer (Vendor Payroll) Job Description Field Sales Executive ( Banking Products) Department : Home Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card & MAB (Merchant Acquiring Business) Qualification:12th Pass / Graduate/UG Experience: Fresher or Banking Product sales exp. of 0.6 to 5 Years Age: Below 40 years. Location: All over Pune Area. Key responsibilities - Sales and customer acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and direct marketing activities. Promote credit card products and achieve assigned sales targets. Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline for continuous business growth. Product knowledge: Clearly explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and fees of various credit cards to customers. Application and onboarding: Guide customers through the application process and ensure timely submission and processing of documents. Customer relationship management: Provide after-sales service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and manage customer relationships. Lead Generation & Database Management : Generate new leads through field activities, networking, and references. Maintain and update customer and prospect databases regularly. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products like loans, insurance, or savings accounts to existing and new clients.
