Senior Sales Manager with proven record can be considered. • Graduate with 10 years of experience in Insurance (Certification from III would be an additional advantage) • Able to manage a team of 8-10 Sales Managers • Understand Agency Model • Stable profile with proven track record • Domain expert and able to take strategic business decisions
