Mandatory Eligibility Freshers are not eligible • Minimum 1 year of experience in the US Mortgage Escrow process is mandatory. • Graduate in any discipline. • Good communication and analytical skills. • Willing to work in US shifts. Job Responsibilities • Process escrow transactions accurately and within SLA. • Review mortgage, tax, insurance, and escrow documents. • Verify loan documentation and customer information. • Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines. • Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams. • Meet quality and productivity targets.
