Job description

Role & responsibilities • Conduct accurate appraisal of gold ornaments by assessing purity, weight, and market value. • Perform physical verification and testing of gold using standard tools and techniques. • Prepare and maintain appraisal reports and documentation for loan processing. • Ensure KYC verification and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. • Coordinate with operations team for loan processing, disbursement, and closure. • Identify and prevent fraud or discrepancies in pledged gold assets. • Maintain accurate records and ensure safe handling/storage of gold items. • Stay updated with gold market trends and pricing fluctuations. • Provide excellent customer service and explain loan schemes and processes. • Support business growth through customer acquisition and lead conversion. Preferred candidate profile \\* Candidate should have experience in NBFC or Gold loan domain.
