Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Conduct **accurate appraisal of gold ornaments** by assessing purity, weight, and market value. - Perform **physical verification and testing** of gold using standard tools and techniques. - Prepare and maintain **appraisal reports and documentation** for loan processing. - Ensure **KYC verification and compliance** with company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Coordinate with operations team for **loan processing, disbursement, and closure**. - Identify and prevent **fraud or discrepancies** in pledged gold assets. - Maintain **accurate records and ensure safe handling/storage** of gold items. - Stay updated with **gold market trends and pricing fluctuations**. - Provide **excellent customer service** and explain loan schemes and processes. - Support **business growth through customer acquisition and lead conversion**. **Preferred candidate profile** \\* Candidate should have experience in NBFC or Gold loan domain.
