Job Title: Senior Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist(AR Caller) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Receivables Management Role Summary Responsible for managing medical insurance claims, billing, denial follow-up, and payment recovery to ensure timely reimbursement and account resolution. Key Responsibilities • Submit insurance claims with required documentation. • Review, investigate, and appeal denied claims. • Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and benefits. • Identify appropriate insurance billing and supporting documents. • Maintain accurate claim records and document activities in system applications. • Prepare written appeals and client correspondence as required. • Ensure claim accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. • Meet productivity and quality targets set by management. • Support account resolution and other assigned projects.
