Key Responsibilities: • Talk to potential and existing customers to promote Fintech products. • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options. • Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and required documents. • Follow up on customer leads and inquiries. • Keep accurate records in CRM systems. • Meet individual and team sales targets. • Follow company policies and lending rules. • Give feedback to management about market trends and customer needs. Required Skills: 1. Good communication in English and Hindi. 2. Able to handle customer questions politely and efficiently. 3. Patient and empathetic with difficult customers. 4.
