Experience Requirement: Candidates should possess a minimum of 1+ year of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations. 2. Lead Generation : Leads will be given by Paisabazaar only. 3. Client Interaction: Meet with loan applicants to understand their requirements, collect necessary information, and guide them through the loan application process. 4. Loan File Analysis: Regularly analyze active loan files, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to expedite the loan approval process. 5. Contract Completion: Assist clients in completing loan contracts, ensuring thorough understanding of policies and regulations. 6. Financial Assessment: Conduct interviews with applicants to assess financial eligibility and establish feasible debt payment plans. 7. Record Management: Maintain accurate and updated account records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 1+ year of experience in Home Loan sales is must 2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. 3. Proficiency in analyzing financial data and interpreting complex loan documents. 4.
