Job description

1. Quality Assurance Officer / Sr. Officer Key Responsibilities • Handle IPQA activities across API manufacturing operations. • Perform shop-floor inspections and in-process checks as per SOPs and cGMP requirements. • Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR and quality procedures. • Support AQA/QMS activities, documentation, and batch record review. • Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, OOS/OOT and other quality events. • Support internal, customer and regulatory audits. • Coordinate with Production, QC, Engineering and other departments for quality-related activities. • Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of quality observations. 2. Quality Control Chemist / Sr. Chemist Key Responsibilities • Perform analysis of API, intermediates, raw materials and finished products. • Hands-on operation of HPLC and GC instruments. • Perform analytical testing as per approved specifications, STPs and pharmacopoeial requirements. • Review analytical results and maintain laboratory documentation. • Handle OOS, OOT, deviations and laboratory investigations. • Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, data integrity and SOP requirements. • Support analytical method validation, verification and transfer activities. • Maintain laboratory records, instrument logs and analytical data. • Support customer, regulatory and internal audits. • Coordinate with QA, Production and other departments for quality-related issues. 3. Engineering Technician / Sr. Technician / Engineer Key Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day plant maintenance and utility activities. • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment. • Work on electrical systems, utilities and HVAC systems. • Attend breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment and utilities. • Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records. • Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance activities. • Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures, LOTO and permit-to-work systems. • Support equipment qualification, calibration and maintenance-related documentation. • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS and engineering SOPs. • Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability and reducing breakdowns.
