Job description

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Data Structures & Algorithms, System Design, and Microservices. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend systems and solving complex engineering problems. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. • Design and implement Microservices-based architectures. • Develop secure, reliable and high-performance REST APIs. • Apply strong Data Structures & Algorithms to solve complex technical problems. • Drive system design and architecture for scalable and highly available applications. • Work on distributed systems, concurrency, caching and database scalability. • Identify and resolve performance, reliability and production issues. • Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices. • Collaborate with architects, product managers and cross-functional engineering teams. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making. Mandatory Skills • 813 years of hands-on Java development experience • Strong proficiency in Core Java • Strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) • Strong System Design and Architecture • Hands-on experience with Microservices • Spring Boot / Spring Framework • REST APIs • SQL and relational databases • OOP, SOLID principles and Design Patterns • Distributed systems and scalability concepts • Git • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle technical design, architecture, development and production challenges. Strong emphasis on DSA, System Design and scalable Microservices is required.
