WALK-IN INTERVIEW DRIVE | LEAD ASSOCIATE - EXPERIENCE CENTRE Tata Power is hiring an articulate, customer-focused and highly presentable Lead Associate - Experience Centre to be part of our Experience Centre at Mumbai. Date: 27th August 2026 Time: 3:00 PM 5:30 PM Location: The Tata Power Company Ltd, Corporate Center, Carnac Receiving Station, Sant Tukaram Marg, Mumbai - 400009. What are we looking for? • Graduate in any discipline • Minimum 60% aggregate marks throughout the entire course of education. • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles • Experience in Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Real Estate Experience Centers, Museums/Art Galleries, Corporate Visitor Centers or similar environments • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills • Strong executive presence and professional grooming • Ability to confidently engage with CXOs, senior leadership, clients, government officials and business partners • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging Experience Centre walkthroughs Deliver presentations on Tata Powers business, innovation and sustainability journey Create a premium and memorable visitor experience Coordinate visitor schedules and internal stakeholders Ensure Experience Centre readiness and presentation standards Gather feedback and drive improvements If you are confident, articulate, service-oriented and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, we would love to meet you!
