Walk-in || Medical Transcriptionist | Nuclear Medicine | Locum

Job description

• Accurately transcribe PET-CT and Nuclear Medicine reports from physician dictations. • Type and format reports as per hospital standards and reporting templates. • Ensure correct spelling of medical terminology, anatomical terms, investigations, and clinical findings. • Review reports for typographical and formatting errors before final submission. • Coordinate with Radiologists/Nuclear Medicine Physicians for corrections or clarifications. • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records. • Ensure timely completion and dispatch of reports. • Handle report-related documentation and maintain proper records. • Follow hospital protocols related to patient data privacy and documentation. Mandatory Requirements • Graduate with relevant medical typing experience. • Good typing speed and accuracy. • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. • Experience in PET-CT / Radiology / Nuclear Medicine reporting will be an advantage. • Good command of English grammar, spelling, and sentence formation. • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
