Job description

Experience: 6 months 2 years Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering Key Responsibilities: • Monitor day-to-day production activities as per the production plan. • Ensure smooth operation of the production line and achieve daily targets. • Monitor manpower, machine performance and material availability. • Maintain production records and shift reports. • Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for production-related issues. • Follow SOPs, GMP, safety and quality standards. • Identify production deviations, downtime and wastage and report to the supervisor. • Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices on the shop floor. • Assist in achieving production and efficiency KPIs. Preferred: Candidates with experience in FMCG / Beverage / Manufacturing / Bottling industry.
