**Role: Policy Advisor (Pre-Sales)** **What will you do?** As an Policy Advisor, your role is to help customers choose the right insurance policy based on their needs. You will speak to customers over calls, understand their requirements, explain different insurance plans, answer their questions, and help them make an informed decision. This is a **consultative sales role**, where the focus is on guiding customers rather than forcing a sale. **Key Responsibilities** - Speak with customers who are interested in buying insurance. - Understand their requirements, budget, and coverage needs. - Explain insurance plans, benefits, and features in simple language. - Compare different plans and help customers choose the best option. - Address customer queries and objections professionally. - Share quotations and guide customers through the purchase process. - Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. **Who can apply?** - Candidates with good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal). - Experience in telesales or insurance sales preferred. - Candidates who enjoy speaking with customers and helping them make decisions. **Work Schedule** - **6 days working** with **1 rotational weekly off** - **Shift Timings:** - **Male:** Any 9-hour shift between **8:00 AM 9:00 PM** - **Female:** Any 9-hour shift between **8:00 AM 8:00 PM** **Other Details** - **Payroll:** Third-party payroll - **Cab Facility:** Not provided - **Location:** *Silkboard, Bangalore* **What are we looking for?** - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused approach. - Ability to explain things clearly and build trust. - Confidence in handling customer questions. - Willingness to learn about insurance products and sales.
