Walk-in || Production Executive

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Execute and supervise packing operations as per BPR, SOPs, cGMP, and GDP. - Perform line clearance and verify packaging materials, artwork, and batch coding. - Operate and supervise Dry Syrup (Apex & JP), Blister (Rotovac), and Alu-Alu (ELMACH-3522) packing lines. - Ensure machine setup, changeover, and in-process quality checks. - Coordinate with QA for line clearance, in-process inspections, and documentation. - Review BPR, reconcile packaging materials, and report deviations or breakdowns. - Ensure equipment cleaning, housekeeping, Data Integrity (ALCOA+), and achievement of daily production targets. - Operate Dry Syrup, Blister, and Alu-Alu packing machines as per SOP. - Perform machine setup, changeover, and routine operational checks. - Monitor coding, sealing, leak testing, and pack appearance. - Record production data in BPR and maintain equipment logbooks. - Perform equipment cleaning and report machine abnormalities. - Follow cGMP, PPE, safety, and housekeeping requirements. **Preferred candidate profile** - B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma / B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline. - 1-5 years of experience in OSD packing operations. - Hands-on experience in Dry Syrup Packing (Apex & JP), Blister Packing (Rotovac), and Alu-Alu Packing (ELMACH-3522). - Good knowledge of cGMP, GDP, SOPs, Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and Data Integrity (ALCOA+). - Experience in line clearance, machine setup, changeover, online coding, packaging material reconciliation, and in-process checks. - Ability to troubleshoot packing machine issues and ensure quality compliance. - Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts. - Exposure to regulatory audits such as USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP, or WHO-GMP will be an added advantage.
