**Role & responsibilities** \\* Call Insurance companies in the US to check the status of medical claims \\* Follow up on unpaid, Denied or underpaid claims \\* Understand the reason for claims denials and take appropriate action \\* Update claim status and notes accurately in the billing software. **Preferred candidate profile** \\* Graduation In any discipline (B .com, B.SC , MBA only 2023,2024,2025 and 2026 are eligible to apply \\* Note B ,Tech and BE are not eligible \\*Excellent verbal and written communication skills \\*Basic knowledge of MS office and computer applications \\*Fixed Night shifts \\*Work from office
