Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - **Business Development: Generate leads and sales for Home Loans (HL) and Loans Against Property (LAP) through direct sales, DSAs, builders, and referrals.** - **Customer Acquisition & Consultation: Meet potential customers, understand financial needs, explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation.** - **Sales & Processing: Guide customers through the loan process, ensure complete and quality documentation, and coordinate with operations/credit teams for timely disbursement.** - **Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with channel partners (builders, connectors) and ensure high customer satisfaction.** - **Portfolio Management: Monitor loan accounts, manage early delinquencies, and ensure minimal Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).** - **Cross-Selling: Upsell/cross-sell other banking products like insurance or cards.Role & responsibilities**
