Role: Relationship Officer (Vendor Payroll) Department: Credit Card & MAB (Merchant Acquiring Business) Qualification: Graduate/UG Experience: Fresher or Banking Product sales exp. of 0.6 to 5 Years. Age: Below 39 years Two-wheeler: Required Compulsory CTC: For Fresher 18357/- + Incentives as per Business. Location: All over Pune & PCMC. Key responsibilities - Sales and customer acquisition: Identify and meet potential customers to promote credit card products and achieve sales targets. Product knowledge: Clearly explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and fees of various credit cards to customers. Application and onboarding: Guide customers through the application process and ensure timely submission and processing of documents. Customer relationship management: Provide after-sales service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and manage customer relationships. Lead generation and management: Generate new leads and maintain a database of prospects and customers. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products like loans, insurance, or savings accounts to existing and new clients.
