Relationship Officer / Team Leader Home Loan & Personal Loan Location: Tambaram, Chennai Industry: Banking & Financial Services Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Open Positions • Relationship Officer – Home Loan Sales • Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales Job Responsibilities • Promote and sell Home Loan and Personal Loan products. • Generate new business through field sales, customer references, and lead generation activities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Meet customers in the assigned territory to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products. • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. • Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing. • Coordinate with internal teams and bank officials to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement. • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and documentation. • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process. • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Candidate Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. • Age: 18–35 years. • Freshers are welcome; prior field sales or banking sales experience is an added advantage. • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a target-driven field sales environment. • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred. • Male candidates only (Field Sales Role).
