The candidate will be responsible for providing a premium shopping experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers and understand their requirements and preferences. • Assist customers in selecting sarees, ethnic wear, apparel and accessories. • Explain product details, fabrics, craftsmanship, designs and pricing. • Achieve individual and store sales targets. • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new collections. • Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards. • Assist with stock checking, replenishment and inventory management. • Handle billing, POS transactions and customer queries. • Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. • Support daily store operations and promotional activities. Candidate Profile: • 12th Pass / Graduate. • 13 years of experience in retail, fashion, ethnic wear, sarees or lifestyle brands preferred. • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. • Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach. • Passion for Indian fashion, textiles and traditional craftsmanship. • Well-groomed and confident personality. • Basic computer/POS knowledge. • Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
