The candidate will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store operations. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers and understand their requirements. • Recommend premium/luxury watches based on customer preferences. • Achieve individual and store sales targets. • Maintain strong product knowledge of luxury watch brands and collections. • Handle billing, POS transactions, exchanges and after-sales queries. • Maintain product displays, visual merchandising and store standards. • Manage stock, inventory and daily sales reports. • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Candidate Profile: • Graduate / 12th Pass. • 13 years of experience in retail, luxury, premium lifestyle, watches or fashion accessories. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-centric, sales-driven and well-groomed. • Basic computer/POS knowledge. • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
