Role & responsibilities • Manage Dark Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the dark store, ensuring efficient inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment. • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage. • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the store team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards. • Scheduling & Staffing: Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing labor costs. • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining order accuracy and timely delivery through effective coordination with the last-mile delivery team. • Process Optimization: Continuously analyze store performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Requirements • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification • 1-6 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or • supply chain management, preferably within a quick • commerce or fast-paced retail environment • Fluent in Telugu & English • Basic Computer Knowledge • Good Mail Communication Skills Hiring for : Mysore, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Ramanagara, Gulbarga, Mangalore, Chikkamagalur.
