**Role & responsibilities** - **Manage Dark Store Operations:** Oversee the daily operations of the dark store, ensuring efficient inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment. - **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage. - **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and motivate the store team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards. - **Scheduling & Staffing:** Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing labor costs. - **Customer Satisfaction:** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining order accuracy and timely delivery through effective coordination with the last-mile delivery team. - **Process Optimization:** Continuously analyze store performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure all operations comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. **Requirements** - Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification - 1-6 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or - supply chain management, preferably within a quick - commerce or fast-paced retail environment - Fluent in Telugu & English - Basic Computer Knowledge - Good Mail Communication Skills Hiring for : Mysore, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Ramanagara, Gulbarga, Mangalore, Chikkamagalur.
