**Job Summary**We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead the Home Loans sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan process. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Executives. - Drive home loan sourcing through direct sales, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners. - Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. - Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance. - Ensure proper customer engagement and relationship management. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing. - Conduct field visits and market mapping activities. - Recruit, train, and motivate team members. - Track sales reports, productivity metrics, and pipeline management. - Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of Home Loan products and mortgage lending. - Excellent team handling and leadership skills. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. **Eligibility Criteria** - Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. - 36 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, or Banking Sales. - Prior team handling experience is mandatory. - Local market knowledge will be an added advantage. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Home Loan disbursement volume. - Team productivity and target achievement. - Lead conversion ratio. - Customer satisfaction and retention. - Portfolio quality and compliance adherence. **Interview Location:Axis Pssg branchQuess Corp Limited2nd floor, Lala 1 Land Mark,Above Nissan showroom,Opp .Ranigunj Bus depot,Secunderabad -500003** **Location:https://goo.gl/maps/M6Brp5E3Xy8Siyyo7** **Contact Person : Ranadheer-9052319777**
